Scarab knows your taste in movies

Keeping my wife and daughter sufficiently entertained requires a steady stream of romantic comedies. Of course, there are thousands available online. Maybe millions. But I need to find ones that they haven’t seen and that have the right combination of plot and characters.

I think I need Scarab.

Scarab is a movie recommendation app for iOS that links movies you like to similar movies that you might like. For example, if you liked the film Gravity, which I did, Scarab says I might like Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

Scarab’s database includes thousands of films from recent releases to little-known gems and once-popular oldies. You can browse by genre, like Horror or Comedy, where you’ll see poster images and a short description. Click the heart icon to save a movie for later viewing.
