Digital agency takes a global view


When the people who started Pulsar 4 built the company’s website, they highlighted this advice from British entrepreneur Richard Branson:

Don't think "what's the cheapest way to do it, or what's the fastest way to do it". Think - "What's the most amazing way to do it.”

That could be the guiding principle behind Pulsar 4, a global digital development agency that specializes in e-commerce, web and app development, and digital marketing strategies.

The agency has offices in Germany, Lithuania, Ukraine and Northern California. Their client portfolio includes a fashion leather manufacturer in the U.S., a Swiss lingerie company and an event ticketing website for the city of Hamburg.
