That’s no longer the case. Today, you can visit a service like Form Titan to get a ready-made form from their catalog or use their online toolkit to create a custom form. Form Titan's toolkit uses a drag-and-drop approach to position fields, add custom colors and upload a logo or other images.
The forms can be tested before they are deployed and the collected data can be exported to Google Docs, SalesForce or other third-party programs using Form Titan’s API.
Form Titan also offers advanced features such as conditional logic that displays or hides elements based on the user’s inputs, a chat feature to help users through the input process and a dashboard that tracks responses and analyzes the collected data.
Form Titan lets you create up to five simple forms for free. Pricing for more advanced packages starts at $9 per month and all packages are available for a seven-day trial. For more details, visit the Form Titan website.
