How to register your company in the UK

5/09/2016

When I’m ready to launch my plan for global domination, I will start by registering myself as a business in the UK. I can grab the name Ric Manning Ltd. and have my company created in a few minutes for less than $50.

I know that because I checked out Mill For Business, a service provider that will deliver just about anything that a new business needs to get rolling in the UK (and soon in the US, Ireland and Lithuania).

Getting a new company named and registered starts by using Mill's search window check to see if the company name that you want is available. When you have a name, Mill offers three packages ranging from 29£ to 59£, plus the UK VAT tax. Pick the package, pay online, review your documents and you’re good to go.

Mill’s other services include domain registration, website construction and online marketing and SEO tools. The company formation service is available 24 hours and is supported by online chat and email.

For a closer look at all the services, check out the Mill For Business website.
